CIO-Comm.

CIO-Comm. is a European community of leaders in IT, digital and cybersecurity, born from the initiative of professionals in the field who wanted to build an authentic, demanding and independent dialogue among peers.

 

We believe that technology is, above all, a human responsibility, and that those who drive innovation within their organisations should do so with awareness, integrity and a spirit of collaboration.

At the heart of our identity lies a strong conviction: Europe needs a new management model — one that combines technology with humanism, efficiency with vision, innovation with responsibility. A model that puts people first, values skills and expertise, and guides transformation with constant attention to its organisational, social and ethical impact.

CIO-Comm. is an initiative of Leading Europe ASBL, an independent association based in Brussels.

Young but growing, the community is built today around two national gatherings and one international conference. The editorial freedom of our events is guaranteed by independent programme committees, composed exclusively of decision-makers from the demand side of major corporations and public institutions, who define their direction and content.

 

Our gatherings are designed as spaces for reflection and exchange among peers, free from partisan commercial interests and private agendas.

Our mission is clear: to encourage exchange among European leaders, to create high-level spaces for dialogue, and to support the emergence of a new generation of leaders, with the ambition of contributing to a stronger, more competitive and more united Europe.

 

We believe that sharing experience and best practice, led and shaped by IT decision-makers themselves, is the foundation of every CIO-Comm. initiative, true to our signature: Inside the European IT Community.
